By creating an account or using tex.ag you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
Your tex.ag name (biolinkname) is assigned at registration on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim names that are inactive, impersonating, or in violation of these terms.
You may use tex.ag to share links, social profiles, and information about yourself or your business. You may not use tex.ag to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You own the content you post to tex.ag. By posting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and serve that content as part of operating the platform. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond running the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post, including photos, links, and text.
Paid plans (Howdy, Whoop, Farmers) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error contact us at billing@tex.ag.
Downgrading from a paid plan to free will immediately apply free plan limits to your account. Your published page will remain live but excess links and icons beyond the free limits will be deactivated.
We aim to keep tex.ag available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
You may request account deletion at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion your tex.ag page will be taken offline and your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Your tex.ag name may become available to others after deletion.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for more than 24 months, or pose a risk to the platform or its users.
tex.ag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, tex.ag and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
tex.ag is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Texas A&M University, The Association of Former Students, or any related institution. Any community-oriented language on this platform reflects the independent character of the service and its users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
